  • 3 c. milk
  • 2 boxes instant pudding mix (chocolate, butterscotch or lemon)
  • 1 stick melted oleo or butter
  • 3 oz. cream cheese
  • 1 c. powdered sugar

    Mix flour, melted oleo and pecans in oblong pan. Bake at 350° for 15 minutes.

    Let cool completely.

    Then add 2nd Layer.
