Ingredients

  • 1 to 1 1/2 c. flour
  • 1/2 c. butter
  • 1 c. Cool Whip
  • 2 pkg. instant pudding (chocolate or lemon)
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/2 c. chopped nuts
  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 1 c. powdered sugar
  • 3 c. milk

Directions

    Combine and mix thoroughly the flour, nuts and butter.

    Spread in 9 x 13-inch pan and bake 15 minutes at 350°.

    Let cool.

    Mix cream cheese, Cool Whip and powdered sugar and spread on cooled flour mixture.

    Chill.

    Mix and beat until thick the pudding mix, milk and vanilla.

    Pour over the chilled cake mixture.

    Top with Cool Whip and sprinkle with nuts.

    Chill.
