- 2 sticks margarine
- 1/2 c. shortening
- 3 c. sugar
- 5 well beaten eggs
- 3 c. flour
- 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1 c. milk
- 1 tsp. each: coconut, rum, lemon, butter and vanilla extracts
Directions

1Cream the first 3 ingredients together.

2Add remaining ingredients.

3Bake in tube (or Bundt) pan for 1 1/2 hours at 325°. Cool in pan about 15 minutes.

4Remove from pan, perforate cake and pour glaze over it while still warm.
