Ingredients

  • 2 sticks margarine
  • 1/2 c. shortening
  • 3 c. sugar
  • 5 well beaten eggs
  • 3 c. flour
  • 1/2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1 tsp. each: coconut, rum, lemon, butter and vanilla extracts

Directions

    Cream the first 3 ingredients together.

    Add remaining ingredients.

    Bake in tube (or Bundt) pan for 1 1/2 hours at 325°. Cool in pan about 15 minutes.

    Remove from pan, perforate cake and pour glaze over it while still warm.
