  • 1 to 2 lb. stew meat (beef cut into cubes)
  • 3 carrots, sliced
  • 3 potatoes, cubed
  • 1/2 c. celery, diced
  • 1 onion, cut in large chunks
  • 2 c. tomato juice
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar
  • 3 Tbsp. tapioca
