- 1 to 2 lb. stew meat (beef cut into cubes)
- 3 carrots, sliced
- 3 potatoes, cubed
- 1/2 c. celery, diced
- 1 onion, cut in large chunks
- 2 c. tomato juice
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 3 Tbsp. tapioca
Directions

1Mix meat and vegetables together in large casserole.

2Add spices and tomato juice.

4Cover and bake at 250° for 5 hours.
