  • 2 lb. stew meat
  • 6 small onions, sliced
  • 6 carrots
  • 1 c. sliced celery
  • 3 Tbsp. tapioca
  • 1 lb. can tomatoes
  • 1 can green beans (do not drain)
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar and salt
  • garlic salt to taste
  • pepper to taste

Directions

    Brown meat.

    Add green beans, tomatoes, onions, celery and carrots.

    Add tapioca and seasonings.

    Mix slightly together.

    Add 5 potatoes, quartered if large.

    Cover and bake 5 hours at 250°. Do not add any water.
