  • 9 carrots, chunked
  • 9 medium potatoes, quartered or halved
  • 3 onions, sliced
  • 6 Tbsp. sugar
  • 3 c. tomatoes
  • 3 c. water
  • 3 c. celery, sliced
  • 3 tsp. salt
  • 9 Tbsp. cornstarch
