- 1 pkg. frozen peas
- 1 c. sliced carrots or more
- 2 big onions, chopped
- 1 tsp. salt and some pepper
- 1 can tomato bisque soup, thinned with 1/2 can water or 1/2 c. wine
- 1 to 2 large potatoes, cut in chunks
- 1 bay leaf
Directions

1Put all ingredients in Dutch oven and stir.

2Cover tightly. Bake 5 hours at 275°.
