  • 2 lb. stew meat, bite size
  • 1 pkg. frozen peas
  • 1 c. sliced carrots or more
  • 2 big onions, chopped
  • 1 tsp. salt and some pepper
  • 1 can tomato bisque soup, thinned with 1/2 can water or 1/2 c. wine
  • 1 to 2 large potatoes, cut in chunks
  • 1 bay leaf

Directions

    Put all ingredients in Dutch oven and stir.

    Cover tightly. Bake 5 hours at 275°.
