Ingredients

  • 4 c. chicken bouillon
  • 1/2 raw cucumber, scrubbed, unpeeled and sliced very thin
  • 4 raw mushrooms, sliced
  • 2 c. shredded raw green leafy vegetables (spinach or cabbage)
  • 1 tomato, cubed
  • 1/2 c. leftover lean meat, shredded

Directions

    Heat the bouillon.

    Add the vegetables and meat.

    Bring to boil and simmer 5 minutes.

    Yields about 1 1/2 quarts.
