  • 2 celery stalks(shredded)
  • 2 carrots (shredded)
  • 3 cup cabbage (shredded)
  • 1/2 bunch fresh broccoli (shredded)
  • 2 cup kale (cleaned and shredded)
  • 1 Zucchini not peeled (shredded)
  • 2 clove garlic (minced)
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tbsp all season (your choice)
  • 2 1/2 lb ground beef, chicken, turkey or pork
  • 1/2 cup oats (coarsely grounded if desired)
  • 1/2 bunch fresh cauliflower (shredded)

Directions

    Combine all ingredients mixing well.

    Pat out into your desired size patty and grill fry thoroughly.
