  • 4 c. chopped or shredded lettuce
  • 1/2 c. green onion, chopped
  • 2 tomatoes, chopped, or use small tomatoes, sliced
  • 1 small can sliced black olives, drained
  • 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese (sharp or mild; suit your taste)
  • 1 can red kidney beans, drained
  • 1 small bottle garden fresh salsa dressing (Kraft)

    Layer and pour dressing over top.

    Top with crushed tostado chips, if desired.

    Refrigerate and toss lightly before serving. Serves 8 to 10 people.
