- 1/2 c. cold water
- 1/2 tsp. tartar
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
Directions

1Combine all ingredients but vanilla in top of double boiler. Cook over boiling water, beating constantly, for 7 minutes, until icing stands in stiff peak.

2Remove from heat and beat in vanilla.
