7-Up Salad

Ingredients

• 2 (3 oz.) boxes lemon gelatin
• 2 c. 7-Up
• 3 bananas, sliced
• pineapple juice
• 1/2 c. sugar
• 1 c. prepared Dream Whip
• 1 can chopped pecans
• 1 egg, slightly beaten
• 2 c. boiling water
• 1 large can crushed pineapple, drain and reserve juice
• cold water
• 2 Tbsp. butter
• 1 can shredded coconut
• 2 Tbsp. flour
