Ingredients

  • 2 pkg. lemon gelatin
  • 2 c. 7-Up
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 large can pineapple, drained
  • 2 large bananas
  • 1 c. whipped topping
  • 1 c. coconut
  • 1 pkg. pecan pieces

Directions

    Mix two packages lemon gelatin, 2 cups boiling water, 7-Up, pineapple (save juice) and sliced bananas.

    Pour into a 9 x 13-inch pan and let chill until firm.

    Then cook until thick 1 cup pineapple juice (if not enough, add water), sugar, flour, slightly beaten egg and 2 tablespoons butter; let cool.

    Fold in whipped topping and coconut.

    Spread pecan pieces over the top.
