7-Up Salad

Name: 7-Up Salad
Ingredients: 2 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon Jell-O; 2 c. boiling water; 2 c. 7-Up; 1 (16 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained (save juice); 1 c. reserved pineapple juice; 1 small carton Cool Whip; grated cheese; 1 c. miniature marshmallows; 2 diced bananas; 1/2 c. sugar; 2 Tbsp. plain flour; 1 egg; 2 Tbsp. margarine

2 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon Jell-O
2 c. boiling water
2 c. 7-Up
1 (16 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained (save juice)
1 c. reserved pineapple juice
1 small carton Cool Whip
grated cheese
1 c. miniature marshmallows
2 diced bananas
1/2 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. plain flour
1 egg
2 Tbsp. margarine

Directions

Mix Jell-O and boiling water together.

When almost jelled, add pineapple, marshmallows and banana.

Let set until jelled. Cook sugar, flour, egg, pineapple juice and margarine, stirring constantly until thick.

Cook over low heat.

Let cool and stir in Cool Whip.

Spread over top of Jell-O and sprinkle grated cheese on top.
