  • 1/4 cup lime juice
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 Tbsp. water
  • 1 pkt. (1.25 oz.) A.1. Original Marinade Mix
  • 1 beef skirt steak (2 lb.)
  • 1 each green and red pepper, cut into strips
  • 1 red onion, cut into thin wedges

    Whisk first 4 ingredients until blended.

    Reserve 1/4 cup marinade.

    Pour remaining marinade over steak in shallow dish.

    Refrigerate 30 min.

    Meanwhile, toss vegetables with reserved marinade.
