- 1 cup sugar
- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoons strong coffee
- 1 1/2 teaspoons dark rum
- 2 1/2 cups flour
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup finely chopped almonds
Directions

1Cream butter and sugar. Add egg, coffee, and rum.

2Add flour mixture and almonds.

3Chill mixture at least one hour, roll out 1/8 inch thick and cut.

4Bake in ungreased pan at 375 for 12 minutes.
