- 8 tsp. diet margarine
- 1 c. chopped onion
- 1 green pepper, sliced
- 1/2 to 1 c. chopped celery
- 1 lb. ground turkey
- 1 tsp. seasoned salt
- pinch of oregano
- garlic
- 1 Tbsp. sugar (may be omitted)
- 1 (16 oz.) can chopped tomatoes
- 1 (16 oz.) can tomato sauce
- 2 c. water
- 1 can mushrooms (small)
- 8 oz. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 8 oz. uncooked egg noodles
Directions

1Saute onion, pepper and celery in margarine (or Pam) in a pan. Add ground turkey, seasoned salt, oregano, garlic, sugar, tomato sauce, chopped tomatoes, mushrooms and water.

2Simmer for 15 minutes.

3Using a 9 x 13-inch pan sprayed with Pam, add 8 ounces uncooked egg noodles.

4Cover with all sauce mixture and top with 8 ounces shredded Mozzarella cheese (low skim).

5Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.

6Let stand 15 minutes before cutting.

7Makes 8 servings.
