  • 1 can wax beans, heated and drained
  • 1 can tiny whole beets, heated and drained
  • 1 head cauliflower, washed and cut up
  • 1 small jar green olives, drained
  • 1 Vidalia onion, chopped
  • 1 can sliced water chestnuts, drained
  • 1 head broccoli, washed and finely diced
  • 1 can sliced carrots, heated and drained
  • 1 large tomato, chopped
  • 1 peeled cucumber, seeds removed and chopped
  • 1 small jar bacon bits

Directions

    Mix ingredients in a large bowl and refrigerate, covered. Serve with an assortment of salad dressings.
