- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 1/2 cups coconut
Directions

1Whip the egg whites to stiff peaks.

2Add the sugar, salt and vanilla with beater/mixer running at medium speed.

3Stop mixer and fold coconut into whites by hand.

4Drop by the teaspoon-full onto a parchment-lined baking sheet.

5Bake at 325 F for 12-15 minutes.
