  • 12 eggs, separated
  • 6 cups milk
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 2 cups kentucky bourbon
  • 1 cup brandy
  • 1 & 1/2 cups sugar
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract (or 1 vanilla bean if you can find it in the spice section)
  • 1 & 1/2 teaspoons nutmeg
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
