  • 1/2 c. vinegar
  • 1/2 c. soy sauce
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 tsp. pepper
  • 4 to 5 chicken breasts or any other kind of meat (i.e. pork)

    Dice cloves of garlic and put into deep saucepan with 1 cap full of oil to fry it up.

    Add your vinegar, soy sauce and chicken. Bring to a boil for 5 minutes, then let simmer for 1 hour. Serve over rice.
