- 3/4 cup soften butter plus 1tablespoon
- 1/4 cup sugar plus 2 US tablespoons
- 1 1/2 cup flour self raising
- 2 tbsp US measurement cocoa powder
- 3/4 cup cornflakes or crushed weetbix or large rolled oats
- 1 walnuts or coconut for on the top.
Directions

1Preheat oven 180C or 350F

2Cream together the butter and sugar

3Add flour and cocoa

4Add cornflakes last so as not to break them up too much.

5Put spoonfuls on a greased oven tray and bake for about 15 mins.

6Leave them to cool.They firm up as they cool.

7Ice with chocolate icing and top with walnuts or coconut.They melt in the mouth when cooked right.I used half cornflakes and half weetbix for mine.
