Afogato

Directions

   Boil water in a small saucepan or teapot.

   Combine hot water and coffee granules, stir to dissolve.

   Set aside.

   Place 1/2 cup vanilla ice cream in each serving glass.

   Pour 1/4 cup warm coffee mixture over each vanilla ice cream serving.

   Sprinkle with chocolate shavings and serve.
