  • 1 egg yolk
  • 12-1 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 -2 garlic clove, minced
  • salt and pepper

Directions

    In a mortar, mash the yolk and garlic with the pestle until creamy.

    Slowly add olive oil while mashing/stirring, until desired constancy/flavor.

    Salt and pepper to taste--careful!

    It only takes a very small amount of each.

    Just a couple shakes.
