- 2 Tbsp. margarine
- 1/2 c. chopped celery
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1/2 c. mushrooms, sliced
- 1 c. bulgur (uncooked)
- 1/4 tsp. dill weed
- 1/4 tsp. oregano
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 2 c. beef or chicken bouillon
- 1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
- 2 Tbsp. chopped pimiento
Directions

1Melt margarine in skillet.

2Add vegetables and bulgur.

3Stir constantly until vegetables are tender and bulgur is golden.

4Add seasonings and bouillon.

5Cover; bring to a boil.

6Reduce heat; simmer for 15 minutes.

7Stir in parsley and pimiento just before serving.
