- 1 lb. liverwurst (Braunsweiger)
- 1 large pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese
- 1 medium onion (optional)
- green olives stuffed with pimento
- mayonnaise
Directions

1Soften liverwurst (mash).

2Chop onion very fine and mix with liverwurst.

3Coat inside of round bowl very thinly with mayonnaise.

4Put mixture in bowl and refrigerate until cold. Soften cream cheese to room temperature.

5Remove liverwurst from bowl and put on plate flat-side down.

6Cover igloo with cream cheese using a spatula.

7Slice olives and press into igloo gently. Serve with crackers and small serving knife.
