- venison, cut in strips
- 1/2 c. soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp. garlic powder
- 1 Tbsp. liquid smoke
- Tabasco sauce (about 12 to 16 drops)
- 1/2 c. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 Tbsp. onion powder
- 1 Tbsp. black pepper
- 1 tsp. red pepper
Directions

1Marinate venison in glass container 8 to 12 hours in refrigerator.

2Drain and place in pan in 150° oven for 12 hours. You can lay meat on a cookie sheet, but drain off liquid as needed.

3(Be sure not to fill jar too full when marinating.)

4Good to munch on while sitting in a tree stand all day waiting for that next deer.
