  • 1 medium onion
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 3/4 lb. Cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1 large pkg. Doritos
  • 1 (8 oz.) jar Albert's hot sauce or 1 c.

    Brown ground meat and onion.

    Drain off all grease.

    Add soup and hot sauce.

    Line bottom of casserole dish with 1/2 package of crushed Doritos.

    Add layer of grated cheese.

    Pour in meat mixture and top with remaining Doritos and grated cheese.

    Bake in 350° oven until cheese melts.
