  • 1 hoagie bun
  • 1 cheese (any)
  • 2 tbsp garlic butter (recipe below)
  • 1 tsp lawry's seasoned salt
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

    Garlic butter recipe.

    Mix steak rub and season steak well.

    Refrigerate 4 to 24 hours.

    Set up your grill for Direct Heat

    Cut hoagie in half and spread with garlic butter.

    Grilled steak to your desired temperature.

    Toast bun directly over heat.

    Move to Indirect Heat and top with cheese and toast until it melts.
