  • 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1 tablespoon minced fresh ginger
  • 1 1/4 lbs flank steaks, fat trimmed
