- 4 c. Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 c. parsley
- 1 tsp. seasoned salt
Directions

1Melt butter; add remaining ingredients (except cream), stirring constantly.

2When blended, add cream and cook on low heat until cheese melts.

3Make roux with equal amounts of butter and flour.

4Add roux to strengthen (be cautious).

5Simmer additional 10 minutes.

6Pour off butter after sauce separates.

7Add cream to desired texture.
