- 1/2 fresh lemon
- cayenne pepper to taste
- Cajun fish seasoning to taste
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 large onion
- water (for sauce consistency)
- swordfish (8 oz. in weight, however many to be served)
Directions

1Add all ingredients

2to food processor except fish.

3Process into sauce consistency.

4Marinate fish in sauce for 2 to 4 hours. Grill or broil until flakes with a fork.

5Chilean sea bass can be used also!
