Ingredients

  • 1 large onion (finely chopped)
  • 3 clove garlic (finely chopped)
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 2 1/2 tbsp tomato paste
  • 2 knorr fish cubes
  • 1 1/2 liter water
  • 1 fish

Directions

    Put onions, garlic and oil in a medium pot and cook until onions are translucent.

    Then add tomato paste, stir and let cook for around a minute.

    Add fish cube and water or around 1 1/2 litres fish stock.
  4. 4
    Add salt, pepper, basil, mint, and marjoram
  5. 5
    Add fish and bring soup to boil, letting it boil for around 30 minutes

    Remove fish and remove bones, then throw meat back into soup.

    Can be served with rice
