- 1 c. brown sugar
- 2 c. sugar
- 4 sticks oleo
- 3 eggs
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 tsp. baking soda, dissolved in 2 tsp. water
- 1 pinch salt
- 5 c. flour
- 1 c. ground almonds
Directions

1Mix together, adding flour gradually, adding ground almonds fast.

2Now make loaves approximately 4 x 10-inch.

3Wrap loaves in wax paper.

4Chill overnight.

5When ready to bake, slice loaves and bake (they do swell so try a couple first), resembling a bar cookie.

6Bake at 350° for 15 minutes.

7Makes approximately 12 dozen.
