  • 2 c. sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 c. cooled melted margarine
  • 2 c. flour
  • 2 tsp. almond extract
  • dash of salt

Directions

    Beat together the sugar and eggs until thick and light.

    Add the margarine, flour, almond extract and dash of salt.

    Sprinkle with powdered sugar. Bake at 350° for 25 minutes in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
