Almond Bean Brownies

Ingredients

  • 1 can kidney (or any type, unsalted) beans, drained and rinsed
  • 2 peeled bananas
  • 1 tsp cinnamon / allspice
  • 1 tbsp cocoa
  • 1 tsp almond extract
  • 1/3 cup agave
  • 1/4 cup sliced almonds
  • 1/4 cup oats

Directions

    Blend all ingredients in a food processor or blender, except almonds and oats.

    Stir in almonds and oats.

    Pour into greased 8 x 8 dish (I used coconut oil).

    Bake 30 minutes at 180 C.

    Refrigerate then slice. (Or eat right away!)
