  • 2 Tbsp. cream of coconut (such as Coco Lopez)
  • 1 Tbsp. Amaretto liqueur
  • 1/2 c. chocolate ice cream
  • 1/2 c. ice cubes

    Pour all ingredients into the jar of a blender and process until smooth, about 1 minute.

    Pour into 4 glasses and garnish with whipped cream and chocolate shavings, if desired.
