- 3/4 cup toasted almonds
- 1 cup all purpose flour
- 1 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 3 tbsp milk
- 2 tbsp margarine or butter, softened
Directions

1Heat oven to 400F.

2Grind nuts in a blender, watching carefully (nuts can also be finely chopped by hand).

3Mix all ingredients with a fork.

4Pinch off 1 inch balls.

5Roll each ball into a 4 inch circle on a floured surface.

6Bake on an ungreased cookie sheet until golden brown, 6 to 8 minutes.

7*This recipe makes about 2 1/2 dozen rounds.
