  • 6 oz. sugar
  • 6 oz. self-rising flour
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 6 oz. rolled oats
  • 6 oz. margarine
  • 2 Tbsp. golden syrup
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • 2 Tbsp. milk

Directions

    Mix sugar, flour, baking powder and oats together.

    Melt margarine and syrup over low heat.

    Add baking soda and milk to melted mixture.

    Add dry ingredients and mix.

    Roll into balls the size of walnuts.

    Bake at 375° for 10 minutes.
