- 20 c. corn (yellow or white or mixed)
- 2 c. water
- 1 stick oleo or butter (your choice)
- 1/2 c. evaporated milk (5 fl. oz. Milnot, half and half cream or pure cream)
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. salt
Directions

1Mix first 2 ingredients and bring to a boil.

2Add remaining ingredients.

3Cook slow until changes color or about 20 minutes. Cool and put into freezer bags and freeze and date day.

4If you don't want creamed corn don't add the cream, just add the butter, salt and sugar.
