Ingredients

  • 1 cup vanilla wafers crumbs
  • 1/4 cups butter or margarine, melted
  • 16 ounces cream cheese softened
  • 13 cups sugar
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 2 large eggs large eggs
  • 1/2 cups macadamia nuts toasted
  • 8 1/2 ounces pineapple canned, crushed and drained
  • 1 medium kiwi fruit peeled and sliced

Directions

    Combine crumbs and butter or margarine; press onto bottom of 9-inch springform pan.

    Bake at 350F (180C)., 10 minutes.

    Combine cream cheese, sugar and milk, mixing at medium speed on electric mixer until well blended.

    Add eggs, one at a time, mixing well well after each addition.

    Stir in nuts; pour over crust.

    Bake at 350F (180C) F for 45 minutes.

    Loosen cake from rim of pan; cool before removing rim of pan.

    Chill.

    Before serving, top with fruit.
