- 10 roti ata balls
- 5 potatoes boiled and peeled
- 1 teaspoon ginger crushed
- 1 tablespoon garlic crushed
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 1 tablespoon mango powder
- 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin powder
- 6 green chilies Thai
- 1/3 cup cilantro chopped
Directions

1Combine the potatoes and spices and mash together. Roll the mixture into 10 large balls.

2To make a paratha: Roll out the roti ata into a 6 inch circle. Coat the inside of the circle with ghee or oil and then place the potato ball in the middle. Pinch the sides of the circle together to enclose the potato mixture. Seal by twisting and then even out the ball in your hands. Apply enough flour on the surface and rolling pin to roll out the paratha ball with the twisted side on top.

3Place the paratha on high heat with the twisted side on top. Flip and apply butter generously. Serve warm with with yogurt on the side.
