- 2 c. Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
- 4 bacon slices, crisply cooked and crumbled
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 2 c. Swiss cheese, shredded
- 1/4 c. green onion slices
- 1/4 c. milk
Directions

1Combine cheeses, bacon and onion.

2Combine eggs and milk.

3Add to cheese mixture and mix lightly.

4Bake in greased 8-inch square pan at 325° for 25 to 30 minutes.

5Test for doneness by inserting silver knife which should come out clean.

6Cut into squares to fit on stone ground crackers.
