Ingredients

  • 2 c. Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
  • 4 bacon slices, crisply cooked and crumbled
  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 2 c. Swiss cheese, shredded
  • 1/4 c. green onion slices
  • 1/4 c. milk

Directions

    Combine cheeses, bacon and onion.

    Combine eggs and milk.

    Add to cheese mixture and mix lightly.

    Bake in greased 8-inch square pan at 325° for 25 to 30 minutes.

    Test for doneness by inserting silver knife which should come out clean.

    Cut into squares to fit on stone ground crackers.
