  • 1/2 c. Amaretto
  • 1/2 c. water
  • 1/2 c. vegetable oil
  • 1/2 c. sliced almonds
  • 1 Tbsp. oleo

    Grease and flour Bundt pan.

    Lightly brown almonds in oleo. Sprinkle over bottom of prepared pan.

    Set aside.

    Mix remaining ingredients in bowl and beat for 2 minutes.

    Pour batter over nuts.

    Bake in preheated 350° oven for 45 minutes.
