- 6 medium yellow squash
- 1 lb. ground beef, seasoned to taste
- 1 small bell pepper, chopped
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 to 2 Tbsp. tomato sauce
- 1 tsp. Accent
- 1 c. grated Cheddar or Velveeta cheese slices
Directions

1Wash and cut squash in half lengthwise.

2Cook in salted water just until tender; drain.

3Scrape out pulp, leaving a shell.

4Save pulp.

5Brown meat; add bell pepper, onion, tomato sauce and Accent.

6Cook until meat changes color.

7Add pulp; mix well. Spoon meat mixture inside squash shells.

8Place squash in baking dish.

9Cover; bake 15 minutes at 350°.

10Uncover; top with grated cheese.

11Return to oven until cheese melts.
