Ingredients

  • 1 lb. candy orange slices, finely cut with scissors or hot water knife
  • 1 (7 oz.) flaked coconut
  • 1 tsp. orange flavoring or orange juice
  • 2 c. Eagle Brand milk
  • 1 c. finely chopped pecans
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • powdered sugar

Directions

    Combine all ingredients except powdered sugar and mix thoroughly. Spread mix into lightly greased 10 x 15 x 1/2-inch pan and bake for 45 minutes at 275°.

    Remove from oven.

    Use a teaspoon to scoop out cookies.

    Form into balls with fingers. Be careful, it is hot.

    Roll cookies in powdered sugar.

    Place on wax paper to cool.
