  • 4 ripe bananas, sliced
  • 1/3 c. orange juice
  • 6 Tbsp. honey
  • pinch of salt
  • 1/4 tsp. vanilla
  • 4 c. reconstituted nonfat dry milk

    Mash bananas until smooth and creamy; beat in orange juice, honey, salt and vanilla.
