  • 1 large fish (1 to 2 lbs.) cleaned and salted
  • 1 bell pepper, medium size, sliced into strips
  • 1/2 cup ginger, sliced into strips
  • 1 red onion, medium size, sliced
  • 1 cup white vinegar
  • 5 clove garlic, crushed
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup cooking oil

Directions

    Heat cooking oil in a frying pan.

    Fry both sides of fish until a bit crispy.

    Set aside.

    Heat a clean pan.

    Pour in the vinegar and let it boil.

    Add garlic, ginger and sugar.

    Cook and boil for a minute.

    Put in the onion and bell pepper.

    Cook until the vegetsbles becomes tender.

    Sprinkle the salt and stir.

    Put in the fried fish.
