- 1 large fish (1 to 2 lbs.) cleaned and salted
- 1 bell pepper, medium size, sliced into strips
- 1/2 cup ginger, sliced into strips
- 1 red onion, medium size, sliced
- 1 cup white vinegar
- 5 clove garlic, crushed
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup cooking oil
Directions

1Heat cooking oil in a frying pan.

2Fry both sides of fish until a bit crispy.

4Heat a clean pan.

5Pour in the vinegar and let it boil.

6Add garlic, ginger and sugar.

7Cook and boil for a minute.

8Put in the onion and bell pepper.

9Cook until the vegetsbles becomes tender.

10Sprinkle the salt and stir.

11Put in the fried fish.

12Cook for 5 minutes.
