  • 1/4 tsp cream of tartar
  • 6 tbsp sugar

Directions

    Combine and beat first 3 ingredients together until slight mounds form.

    Add sugar gradually beating well after each addition.

    Continue beating until meringue stands in stiff glossy peaks.

    Spread or force meringue through a cake decorator or cookie tube.

    Bake at 170AC for 12-15 minutes until brown.
