- 2 pkg. dry yeast
- 1/4 c. margarine,softened
- 2 c. hot water
- 2 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 c. corn meal
- 1/2 c. molasses

3large bowl mix 3 cups flour, salt, corn meal and yeast. Add

5and gradually add hot water and molasses.

6Beat 2 minutes with mixer.

7Stir in enough flour to make a soft dough. Knead until smooth, about 8 minutes.
